Dr. Kristof Szentivanyi – Chiropractor
Dr. Kristof Szentivanyi is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve healthier, more active lives through personalized chiropractic care. With a special interest and extensive training in perinatal, pediatric, and family wellness, he believes in supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive at every stage of life.
As a husband and father, Dr. Kristof understands the importance of caring for the whole family and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient. His approach focuses on listening carefully, educating clearly, and helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
Jenny – Office Manager
Jenny is the welcoming smile and friendly voice of Active Care Chiropractic, where she’s been keeping things running smoothly (and cheerfully!) for over 10 years. She loves greeting patients, chatting with everyone, and making sure the practice hums along perfectly. At home, she’s a proud mom to two wonderful adult sons and is excitedly preparing to welcome her second grandchild!
Martha – Massage Therapist
Martha is a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist with clinical expertise gained as a Physical Therapist Aide. She blends therapeutic techniques with genuine care, specializing in rehabilitation massage, sports massage, active and passive stretching, and prenatal massage. Martha excels at helping clients recover from injury, improve mobility, and relieve muscle tension. She is especially passionate about prenatal massage, supporting expectant mothers through the physical discomforts of pregnancy and helping them feel more comfortable and relaxed. A proud mother of four (two adult children and two teenagers), she understands the physical demands of every stage of life and is passionate about helping people feel their best.
Mikaila Szentivanyi – Business Manager
After playing collegiate volleyball and earning her degree in Kinesiology; Mikaila & her mom began a bookkeeping and business management company. As Dr. Kristof’s wife and biggest supporter, she works behind the scenes helping support Active Care Chiropractic and the family business while focusing on what matters most to her — family.
Now dedicated to motherhood and raising their son, Theodore, Mikaila is passionate about holistic health, wellness, and creating a warm, family-centered environment both at home and bringing those values to our patients.
Theodore Szentivanyi – Office Mascot
Theodore “Teddy” Szentivanyi joined the Active Care Chiropractic team in August 2025 and quickly became the practice’s official mascot. As the son of Dr. Kristof and Mikaila, Teddy serves as a daily reminder of why family wellness is so important and has been a major inspiration behind Dr. Kristof’s continued studies in prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care.
Known for his happy personality and contagious smile, Teddy occasionally visits the office to greet patients, spread joy, and brighten everyone’s day. While his professional qualifications currently include babbling, crawling, laughing and making friends with patients, he takes his role as office mascot very seriously.
When he’s not charming patients, Teddy enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the world around him, trying new foods, and keeping his parents on their toes.
Dr. Mark Wogahn – Chiropractor Emeritus
Dr. Mark Wogahn served the Tarzana & Westlake Village communities for more than 35 years, helping generations of patients improve their health and quality of life through chiropractic care. His dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence continue to be an important part of Active Care Chiropractic’s legacy.
Now enjoying retirement, Dr. Wogahn spends his time with his wife and looks forward to celebrating his daughter’s upcoming wedding and the next chapter of family life.
